Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and well-educated Urdu Language Teacher to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background from Pakistan or another Urdu-speaking country and excellent English communication skills, demonstrated through a high IELTS score. UK teaching qualifications such as PGCE or QTLS are not required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Urdu language skills including speaking, reading, and writing.
• Plan and deliver engaging, interactive online lessons for students of various ages and abilities.
• Use a smart tablet and digital pen for live demonstrations and annotations.
• Monitor student progress and provide clear, constructive feedback.
• Create a positive and professional virtual classroom environment.
• Communicate effectively with students and parents about progress and learning goals.

Requirements:

• Strong academic qualifications from Pakistan or another Urdu-speaking region.
• Native or near-native fluency in Urdu.
• High IELTS score or equivalent to demonstrate strong English communication skills.
• Confident in using video conferencing and online teaching tools.
• Own a smart tablet with digital pen, and a reliable laptop or PC.
• Stable, high-speed internet connection.
• Ability to engage, motivate, and support students in an online setting.
