Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and highly educated Bangla Language Teacher to teach students online on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background from Bangladesh and excellent English communication skills, demonstrated by a high IELTS score. Formal UK teaching qualifications such as PGCE or QTLS are not required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Bangla language (speaking, reading, writing) to students of varying ages and abilities.
• Prepare and deliver engaging, interactive online lessons tailored to learners’ needs.
• Use a smart tablet and digital pen effectively for live demonstrations and written practice.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain a positive, professional, and motivating online learning environment.
• Communicate regularly with students and parents regarding progress and support.

Requirements:

• Strong academic background in Bangladesh (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree).
• High level of proficiency in Bangla language (native or near-native).
• High score in IELTS or equivalent proof of strong English communication skills.
• Confident using video conferencing tools for online teaching.
• Own a smart tablet with digital pen, and a reliable PC or laptop.
• Stable, high-speed internet connection.
• Ability to plan lessons, manage time effectively, and engage students remotely.
