Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Administrator to be the first point of contact for parents interested in enrolling their children in our online school. You will play a crucial role in providing accurate information, addressing concerns, and ensuring a smooth admissions process. Your role will be to make parents feel confident in their decision to join our school community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with Prospective Parents: Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and online meetings, providing clear and informative answers about our school.
  • Explain Admissions Process: Guide parents through the enrolment steps, ensuring all required documents and procedures are completed efficiently.
  • Promote Our School: Highlight the benefits of online learning, our curriculum, and our supportive learning environment to encourage enrolment.
  • Address Concerns: Handle any questions regarding tuition, curriculum, extracurricular activities, and how online learning works.
  • Maintain Records: Keep track of admissions inquiries, follow up with parents, and update records using our CRM system.
  • Multitask Effectively: Handle multiple inquiries at once while maintaining a high level of professionalism and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the academic and administrative teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new students.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Admissions or Customer Service (preferably in an educational setting).
  • Excellent Communication Skills – Must be able to confidently speak with parents and provide clear, reassuring answers.
  • Strong Organizational Skills – Ability to manage multiple inquiries and follow-ups efficiently.
  • Ability to Work Independently – Comfortable working remotely and managing tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Tech-Savvy – Familiar with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and video conferencing tools (Zoom, Teams, etc.).
